2025 Swim Team Practice Schedule
Our Little Neck Blue Dolphins practice Monday-Friday during the season, with (4) practice timeslots each day. Practices are held in the afternoons prior to Virginia Beach City Public Schools’ last day of school. Practices are held in the mornings for the remainder of the season.
NEW!! For the 2025 season, morning practices will be divided by age groups!

4:15-5:00pm (6U ONLY*)
5:00-5:45pm
5:45-6:30pm
6:30-7:15pm
June 16th-July 18th
7:00-7:45am – Open to all ages
7:45-8:30am – 7yrs & under
8:30-9:15am – 8yrs-10yrs
9:15-10:00am – 11yrs & older
For afternoon practices (May 27-June 12), parents will receive an email every Friday with a link to a weekly sign-up genius to reserve practice timeslots for the following week. Reserved times will be strictly enforced for 2025! This allows our coaches to limit the number of swimmers in each timeslot so that the lanes are not crowded and practice is more productive.
*Our 4:15pm practice is reserved for our 6U swimmers for the first two weeks of the season (May 27-June 6) leading up to our swim test. This practice time will be open to all ages the following week.
