TERMS OF APPLICATION*

By becoming a member, participant, or user of the LNSRC (Lakewood Neighborhood Sports and Recreation Club), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the Club's By-Laws and Rules. Your use of the Club's services or facilities is also subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

You agree to comply with and abide by the By-Laws, policies, and rules established by LNSRC. Failure to adhere to these may result in suspension or termination of membership or access.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LNSRC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from any loss, injury, or damage sustained by any parties during your use of the Club’s services or property. This includes reimbursement of reasonable attorney’s fees should LNSRC or its affiliates be named as a defendant in any legal action arising from your actions or omissions.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications related to LNSRC events, activities, and updates. You may opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in any email communication or by contacting LNSRC directly.

For no monetary compensation, you irrevocably consent to the use and reproduction by LNSRC, or any third party authorized by LNSRC, of photographs or video recordings of you, your family, or your property, which may be used for web, print, or advertising purposes.
